These Terms of Service govern your use of the Iksha The Label website and any order you place through it. By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

Iksha The Label ("we", "us", "our") sells handcrafted artificial jewellery from 417, Sector 12 Road, Budanpur, Panchkula, Haryana 134112, India. You can reach us at ikshathelable@gmail.com or +91 78762 36131.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order and when you create an account.

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

3. Our products

Our pieces are artificial (imitation) jewellery. They are made with kundan, paachi kundan, polki, American diamond, moissanite and similar stones set in plated alloy. They are not solid gold or silver, they are not hallmarked, and the stones are not mined precious gemstones unless a product page says so.

Every piece is set by hand, so small variations in stone colour, symmetry, plating tone and finish are normal and are part of handmade work. Product photographs are taken as accurately as we can manage, but colours can look different on different screens.

Plating wears down over time with moisture, perfume, sweat and friction. This is normal and is not a manufacturing defect. Store your jewellery dry, away from perfume and cosmetics, and it will last considerably longer.

4. Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability can change without notice.

We try to keep the site accurate, but errors in price, description or availability do occur. If we discover an error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer either to proceed at the correct price or to cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we received it, not acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, where stock has run out, where a pricing error has occurred, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken online at checkout through our payment provider. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card or banking details. Your use of the gateway is also subject to that provider's own terms.

7. Shipping

Dispatch and delivery timelines, shipping charges, and how we handle damaged or undelivered parcels are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, product descriptions, text, graphics, the Iksha The Label name and logo — belongs to us and is protected by law. You may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs holds, strikes, natural events or restrictions imposed by authorities.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
